When you submit a consultation or enquiry form on our homepage or on any of our service pages, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, your business or institute name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email address, the service you are interested in, and any message you write.

If you contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email instead of using a form, we keep the contact details and conversation history needed to respond to you.

We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your request. That includes calling or messaging you back, understanding what you need, preparing a quote or proposal, and following up about an ongoing enquiry or project.

We do not add you to bulk marketing lists without your agreement.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties, advertisers or data brokers.

Your details may pass through ordinary business tools we rely on to operate, such as WhatsApp Business, our email provider, form delivery services, and spreadsheet or CRM tools used to track enquiries. These providers process the information only so that we can run our own operations, and are subject to their own privacy terms.

We may also be required to share information where the law obliges us to do so.

Enquiry details are kept only as long as they are useful for responding to you and maintaining a record of our work together. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are generally cleared out within about 24 months. Records relating to paid work may be kept longer where needed for accounting or legal reasons.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Write to hello@vernnik.com from the email address you contacted us with, or message the number listed on our site, and we will act on the request within a reasonable period.

We take reasonable care to keep your details safe and limit access to the people who need it to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Our services are offered to businesses and institutions. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where an education client shares student information with us, that data remains the client's responsibility and is handled under our agreement with them.

We may update this policy from time to time as our services and tools change. The version published on this page is always the current one, and the date below reflects the latest revision.
